- E-prescribing: Locate “Peninsula Compounding” in Long Beach, WA 98631. Then select the closest commercially available drug. Please include: drug name, strength, formulation, sig, and any special instructions.
- Fax 888-308-2878
- Call 360-642-1250 or toll free 866-219-0002. Then speak with us or leave us a voicemail.
- Veterinarians – Register with our Veterinarian’s portal and use our quick Vet Rx order form.
